Like Clausen, Gettis, Campbell and Russell would revert back to the teams injured reserve if they clear waivers. Its possible the team could work out an injury settlement with those players allowing them to become free agents. Clausen had a solid training camp for the Panthers, but struggled throughout the preseason games.
